To honor the youth nominees, announce the winner, and present the Champion of Youth Award at the 2025 Colorado Youth of the Year Breakfast.

Established in 1947, the Youth of the Year event is held each spring to celebrate and highlight the positive achievements of outstanding youth. Youth from Clubs in Colorado compete locally for a chance to be selected as one of the 17 finalists for the Colorado Youth of the Year competition. Local winners participate in regional competitions across the state, then at the state level in Denver. Colorado’s 2025 winner will advance to the national competition and the final competition held each September in Washington D.C. The competition is a life-changing experience for these amazing youth.
